When customers purchase a selected Panasonic Air Conditioner*
Offer starts 1/3/18 and ends 31/7/18
• EFTPOS card value varies depending on the model purchased
• Customers visit www.panasonic.com.au/extracomfort to claim
• Customers complete online form, then mail in the form with a copy of their purchase receipt
• Claims must be lodged and their purchase receipt received by 11.59pm AEST 21/08/18
• Limited to 4 claims per household
STEP 1: Customers purchase a selected Panasonic Air Conditioning System from your Authorised Dealer / Installer between 1 March and 31 July 2018. They must retain their original tax invoice/purchase receipt showing a zero balance for verification purposes.
STEP 2: Visit www.panasonic.com.au/extracomfort and complete the online Claim Form.
STEP 3: Print off the Claim Form containing your Claim I.D., attach a copy of your tax invoice/purchase receipt showing a zero balance and mail to: Panasonic Air Conditioner Promotion PO Box 6546 Frenchs Forest NSW 2086 or Write your Claim ID on you purchase receipt, scan then email it to: email@example.com or Upload your purchase receipt during the online claim process Claims must be received by 11.59pm AEST 21/08/18. Note: We will send them updates throughout the process letting them know when their claim has been received, validated and when their Panasonic eftpos card is on its way.
We will endeavour to send out all cards within 8 weeks from validation of their claim. If they do not have internet access or experience any difficulties claiming, they should contact Customer Service on 1800 023 836 between 9.00am and 5.00pm (AEDT/AEST) Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays or email firstname.lastname@example.org
